Our in-house platforms serve global customers across industries, and we are now expanding our Inside Sales team to strengthen our outreach in the US and UK markets. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in the US and UK markets. Understand customer needs and present DigitalSherpa’s software products effectively. Maintain and update CRM with prospect and lead information. Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical teams. Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and support closure activities. Research potential clients and market segments to identify new opportunities. Required Skills Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English). Confident on calls with international customers (US/UK preferred). Ability to understand software product value propositions. Good listening skills, persuasive communication, and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage (not mandatory). Preferred Profile Up to 2 years of experience in software or IT sales OR Freshers with outstanding communication skills and eagerness to learn. Strong willingness to work in international time zones.
