Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a good understanding of customer needs to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Communicate effectively with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
? Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
? Use strong convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
? Maintain and update customer data accurately in the Excel sheet.
? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
? Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
? Provide accurate and appropriate customer information to the management team.
? Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients. Required Skills &
Qualifications
? Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion.
? Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Odia).
? Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
? Ability to clearly understand customer needs and respond proactively.
? Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead handling.
? Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate data.
