Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Customer Service professional with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team in Sector 46, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize telecalling techniques to generate new business opportunities and expand existing client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products or services to provide accurate information to clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
