Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Corporate Road - Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Executive.

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotation, Tender / RFP Submission, Documentation, maintaining customer relationships.

Mail Communication with internal with team & External with Client, Vendor, Distributor.

The role involves proactive communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions with internal technical & Sales Team.

The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills by Mail & Phone
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Education Background Computer / IT / EC (technical) will be preferable
