Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive (FMCG) at ApnaKlub, located in South Delhi, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on building strong customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals over the phone. We are looking for individuals with proven experience in telesales or phone-based selling, possessing strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. It is essential to have a good understanding of the FMCG business landscape, along with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records and build predictable sales models. Having at least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing customer relationships, managing and reporting on sales pipelines using CRM tools, collaborating with a small, high-performing team, and understanding customer needs to recommend relevant products.
