Qualification- B.E/M.sc/B.sc ( Chemical)
Preferred Industry- Lubricants

 

Responsibilities:

1.Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries; qualify leads based on industry, needs, and potential volume.
2.Explain product features, applications, and benefits of various lubricants to customers; suggest suitable products based on customer requirements (e.g., engine oils, industrial lubricants, gear oils).
3.Prepare and send quotes, process sales orders, track order status, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery; follow up on open quotations.
4.Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upsell/cross-sell additional products, and gather feedback.
5.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software; generate weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
