Position Overview: We seek energetic, goal-driven Inside Sales Executives who can engage with prospects, deliver value-driven consultations, and drive conversions. You will be a key part of our revenue team, representing a trusted platform in the growing health-tech sector. Key Responsibilities: ? Connect with leads through calls, email, and social media outreach ? Present product offerings through virtual demos and consultations ? Educate prospects on wellness solutions and guide them toward conversions ? Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the sales pipeline ? Work with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and customer experience ? Stay updated on offerings, trends, and competitor landscape ? Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets with a consultative approach Requirements: ? 24 years of Inside Sales or Telesales experience ? Fluent in English; Tamil proficiency is a strong advantage ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Proven track record of meeting sales targets ? Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual sales methods ? Bachelor's degree preferred ? Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
