Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Sales Officer to support Zeptos franchise expansion initiatives. This is an inside sales role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise partners through outbound calls and lead follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to potential franchise prospects from a curated lead database. Present and explain Zeptos franchise model, value proposition, and partnership benefits effectively. Qualify leads by understanding their interest, investment capability, and operational readiness. Address franchise-related queries professionally and persuasively. Schedule follow-up calls and drive lead conversions into confirmed franchise sign-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in CRM or Excel. Collaborate closely with the Franchise Manager to ensure seamless lead transition and onboarding. Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to outreach and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications 13 years of experience in inside sales, consultative selling, B2C/B2B outbound sales, or ed-tech sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities. Confident in presenting business models and handling discovery conversations with prospects. Bachelors degree in any discipline; candidates with relevant sales experience preferred. Preferred Profile Prior experience in franchise sales, business development, partner onboarding, or early-stage startup environments. Exposure to consultative or solution-based sales methodologies.
