Pankh Workforce Solutions is hiring for inside Sales Executive for the kolkata Location

- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in hand- Languages Required: Bengali + Hindi (Mandatory)- Mode of Interview: Walkin 🛠 Responsibilities
  • Perform cold calling to generate potential leads
  • Drive sales generation and achieve monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline
  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
  • Track key metrics to ensure targets are met
🎓 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in full sales cycle — including closing deals
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • CRM knowledge preferred
  • Fluency in Bengali & Hindi required
