About the job

Profile Application/Inside Sales engineer
Role – Full-time
Department: Operations
Report to: Head – Application Engineer
Location – Work from office
Work hours – 5 days a week / 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

What will you do?

Customer Interaction & Communication

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through daily coordination with clients and authorities.
Provide technical guidance and product details based on customer requirements.
Manage all modes of communication including calls, emails, and faxes.

Sales Support & Order Management

Respond to customer inquiries, route calls effectively, and prepare accurate quotations in the software.
Process customer orders with complete and accurate details to ensure smooth execution.

Service Coordination

Manage expedite and special service requests, prepare service quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

Work closely with the purchasing team for order processing and expediting when required.
Support product development initiatives and contribute to market branding activities.
Participate in tender enquiries through online portals and provide necessary documentation.

What are we looking for?

1-3 years of experience in industrial sales.
Preferred backgrounds: Mechanical and engineering streams.
Knowledge of pumps/valves
Preference for regional language proficiency and good communication skills.
Strong sales skills.
