Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at our company, your role will involve: - Prospecting, lead generation, and setting appointments - Tracking and managing current and potential customers using management software and systems - Conducting successful demand generation follow-up to generate qualified opportunities - Meeting or exceeding monthly demand generation quota - Providing reports on lead activity, lead forecasts, and other quantifiable client objective measurements - Performing any other job-related duties as required Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of inside related or direct Sales experience in enterprise software sales, with knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.com being ideal - Proven oral and written communication skills - Strong work ethic - Independent working and decision-making skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM type business systems - Ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to follow the sales process It is preferred that candidates have a Bachelor's degree.
