Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, qualifying, and generating new leads through outbound calls, market research, referrals, and digital platforms in line with our GTM strategy. - Targeting industries where our company has strong credentials and expertise to maximize lead generation opportunities. - Developing customized outreach strategies and call scripts to effectively engage decision-makers. You will also be responsible for: - Designing and implementing outbound campaigns to raise awareness and interest in our retail branding solutions. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create lead nurturing programs and enhance our visibility in key industries. Furthermore, you will be tasked with: - Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. - Tracking leads, call outcomes, sales stages, and deal progress accurately in Salesforce CRM. In addition, you will: - Utilize the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and hand over qualified prospects to the Business Conversion team. - Prioritize leads, maintain active follow-ups, and provide necessary materials such as capability presentations or case studies. You will also: - Evaluate deal size and revenue potential to strategically manage the sales pipeline. - Categorize and prioritize leads within Salesforce for efficient pipeline management and support initial prospect discussions to enhance conversion rates. Lastly, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring lead generation volumes, qualification rates, pipeline coverage, and conversions. - Analyzing outreach data and optimizing demand generation strategies for improved results continuously.
