Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, processing orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, communicating with clients, and coordinating with other departments to fulfil sales orders efficiently.

• 1-3 years experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Lead generation through multiple sources like goggle ads, India Mart.
• Cold calling, follow up and communication to client to close the order and payment.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• promotional activities like physical and social media.
• support to sales director for sales related activities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (both written and spoken)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
