Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role will involve identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Your ability to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business needs will be crucial in providing tailored solutions. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets is essential. Additionally, following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into customers will be part of your responsibilities. Keeping the CRM updated with accurate sales data and customer interactions, staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas are key aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. - Understand customer pain points, requirements, and business needs to provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers. - Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and customer interactions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Key Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Experience selling to US clients and familiarity with US business culture. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential customers. - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).,
