Inside Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and driving sales closures. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with early career experience to build a strong foundation in B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in any stream.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/inside sales/customer interaction are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
