Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-up emails
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
• Handle customer objections and negotiate terms when needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Min 6 months of experience candidates can apply
• Graduation Mandatory
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in min 1 regional language (Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Telugu, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹35,410.75 per month
