Position Overview

Inside Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, investment opportunities, and property benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
  • Coordinate with sales/relationship managers for scheduling client meetings and site visits.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.

Requirements

  • 03 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
