Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for direct sales queries received through various channels
Responsible for providing after-sales service and maintaining relationships with clients
Generate new leads and contribute to business expansion PAN India
Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

24 years of experience in a sales and client service-driven organization
Background in hotel sales/hospitality sales will be an added advantage
Well-groomed with strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong understanding of sales as a core skill with a positive, proactive attitude
High level of service orientation and client empathy
