Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at Fynd, you will be responsible for identifying new leads and potential markets by researching organizations. Your role will involve understanding the needs of other companies and reaching out to key decision-makers via email or phone to establish relationships and set up meetings. You will work closely with the sales team to plan and execute new marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and provide timely feedback to upper management on the effectiveness of various strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Research organizations to identify new leads and potential markets - Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events - Coordinate and work in sync with the sales team members - Ensure process and policy adherence across the Inside Sales function - Drive sales across locations and optimize leads to bookings funnel - Improve customer communication and sales pitch - Monitor performance and revise projects based on outputs - Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management - Good network across the retail ecosystem - Knowledge of Ecommerce and Retail Supply chain - Excellent time and task management skills - Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Strong client-facing and teamwork skills - Good negotiation skills and updated knowledge of Indian Retail trends - Ability to handle projects with problem-solving and product mindset - Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment - Excellent presentation skills, including preparing effective presentations - Accountable for brands business and business margin calculations Please note the specific requirements mentioned in the job description, such as having a good network across the retail ecosystem, knowledge of Ecommerce, and skills in handling projects with a problem-solving mindset.
