Role Overview

Associate

Inside Sales & Deal Origination

You will act as the first point of contact for the firm, requiring impeccable communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build immediate rapport with senior industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Prospecting

Targeted Sourcing:

  • Hyper-Personalized Outreach:

    Execute high-touch outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Move beyond generic scripts to craft personalized messages that resonate with HNIs and C-Suite executives.
  • Pipeline Generation:

    maintain a consistent flow of fresh leads to ensure the sales funnel is always active.

2. Qualification & Meeting Origination

Consultative Screening:

  • The Meeting Set Mandate:

    The core metric of success is the quality and quantity of meetings booked for Senior Investment Managers. You are responsible for selling the meeting, not the final asset.
  • Warm Handover:

    Ensure a seamless transition of the relationship to the Senior Manager, providing them with detailed briefing notes and context prior to the call.

3. Relationship Management & Operations

  • Nurturing:

    Manage leads who are not yet ready to transact. Keep them engaged through regular sharing of market insights, newsletters, and firm updates.
  • Documentation & Closure Support:

    Assist the Senior Manager post-meeting by handling KYC collection, platform onboarding, and subscription documentation to ensure the deal closes smoothly.
  • CRM Hygiene:

    Maintain rigorous records of all interactions, call notes, and pipeline stages in the CRM to ensure data accuracy.

Experience:

  • 13 years

    of experience in B2B Sales Development (SDR), Wealth Management Client Servicing, or Inside Sales within the Fintech/BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of generating meetings with C-level executives or HNIs via cold outreach.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared).

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Executive Presence:

    You possess excellent business etiquette and are well-groomed (verbally and written). You sound credible and confident when speaking to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Research-Oriented:

    You understand that successful outreach requires deep research into the prospect's background.
  • Resilience & Discipline:

    You are comfortable with high-volume activity and can handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
