Inside Sales

Role Overview: As an Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Inside Sales team focusing on Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation. Your role will involve providing support for lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media, scheduling meetings, conducting customer surveys, identifying event participants, and increasing awareness of products on behalf of sales/marketing teams. Additionally, you will be part of the Customer Retention Program Implementation team, driving loyalty, delivering customer experiences, and addressing unmet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct calls, send emails, and connect via social media to generate leads - Schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales - Conduct customer surveys and identify event participants - Increase awareness of products or offerings on behalf of sales/marketing teams - Drive customer loyalty and deliver brand experiences - Address unmet customer needs to enhance perceived value Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 3-5 years of experience - Ability to work well in a team - Adaptable and flexible - Agility for quick learning - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
