Inside Sales

As a Telecaller at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and positive attitude will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. - Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information. - Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information. - Follow up on customer calls and update customer details in CRM. - Maintain records of calls, sales, and feedback. - Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions. - Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer reach. Qualifications Required: - Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. - Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (FMCG or food industry experience is a plus). - Skills required: - Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or a regional language. - Good listening and negotiation skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). - Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
