As a Business Development Executive at NoBrokerHood, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Having a genuine interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/solutions. - Conducting meetings with prospective clients and delivering impactful product demonstrations, focusing on highlighting the features and benefits of the solution. - Arranging virtual calls with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to comprehend the business scope and their requirements. - Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating interest for Sales Opportunities. - Making it a priority to onboard new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform as a key performance indicator (KRA) for Business Development. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated track record of at least 1-3 years in sales with the ability to meet targets. - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages, knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage. - Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days) with a week off between Monday to Thursday. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
