2D Drawing Reading and Measuring Knowledge
Ready to work on the shop floor for all three shifts (rotation Shift) and handle the shift manpower work
Adhere and implement the Control plan requirement in shop floor
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or process issues through 8D approach
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
FML/Patrol Inspection Process
SPC & MSA Knowledge
Handling of MMD / Calibration Process (VC, Hight Gauge, Profile Project)
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
Meeting the COPQ Targets
Meeting the Internal PPM & Customer PPM
Simplification of Inspection method (Suggestion & KAIZEN)
No Major NC – IATF / 14001 & 18001
