Innovation Communications Coordinator

Job Context & Major Challenges.
This role is part of the innovation team and is responsible for managing both internal and external communications related to the organization’s innovation strategy. Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders on content creation, developing training materials and employee newsletters, maintaining consistent branding across communication channels, organizing regular meetings and activities with internal innovation resources, and overseeing multiple communication projects at the same time. Success in this position requires flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to influence others, collaboration skills, and adherence to deadlines and budgets. The key responsibilities are to develop communications suitable for various regions in different languages and formats, to facilitate effective learning in multicultural environments, to motivate employees both remotely and in person, to increase participation in communication initiatives, and to assess the impact of communication strategies to demonstrate their value . It will be important to build up good cooperation with internal innovation resources to ensure that communications are relevant for the workforce in the production units as well as for those in offices and remotely.
