Job Description

As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, your role involves running and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure they are operating correctly and producing parts within specified tolerances. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving, identifying and resolving issues that arise during the molding process, such as material inconsistencies, equipment malfunctions, or human errors. Key Responsibilities: - Operating and monitoring injection molding machines - Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the molding process - Performing mold set-up and changeovers - Inspecting molded parts for quality control - Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues - Following safety procedures and performing equipment maintenance - Training and coaching machine operators - Participating in continuous improvement projects - Handling and storing materials, molds, and tooling - Communicating effectively with team members Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shift at the specified in-person location.,
