Injection Moulding Maintenance

The key responsibilities for this position include operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure they are running correctly and producing parts within specified tolerances. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving any issues that arise during the molding process, such as material inconsistencies, equipment malfunctions, or human errors. Additionally, you will be required to perform mold set-up and changeovers, ensuring proper procedures are followed and optimizing changeover activities to maintain production targets. Quality control is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will need to inspect molded parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and take necessary actions to correct any quality issues. Maintaining accurate records of production processes, process changes, and any encountered issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Safety procedures must be followed at all times, along with performing routine equipment maintenance and reporting any maintenance needs to the maintenance department. You will be responsible for training and coaching machine operators, ensuring they adhere to proper procedures and understand the significance of quality in the production process. Participation in projects aimed at optimizing injection molding performance and enhancing process reliability is encouraged. Proper handling and storing of materials, molds, and tooling is essential, along with clear and consistent communication with other team members, particularly during shift handovers. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. A preferred qualification for this role is a Diploma, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding is required. The work location is in person.,
