Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Trainer to deliver training programs in IT infrastructure technologies including Linux, Windows Server, Networking, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps tools. The trainer will design and deliver hands-on sessions aimed at enhancing learners’ technical knowledge and practical implementation skills aligned with industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions (ILT/Virtual ILT) in:
    • Linux Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
    • Windows Server Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies)
    • Networking Basics (CCNA level: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching)
    • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – basic to associate level)
    • DevOps Tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Develop and update training materials, hands-on labs, and real-world simulation exercises.
  • Customize training based on learner profiles (students, working professionals, freshers).
  • Provide guidance on certifications (RHCSA, CCNA, AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Assess and track student progress and performance.
  • Mentor students on projects and job interview preparation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance course content.

Preferred

  • Certified
  • Experience with online/Offline training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).
  • Experience in preparing learners for certifications or placements.
  • Experience working in EdTech or academic institutions.
Compensation: 30-50K per ponth
