Perform health checks and implement preventive maintenance to reduce risk of backup failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed for escalations or planning. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with IBM TSM, Veritas NetBackup, and enterprise-level storage solutions. Strong understanding of backup/restore methodologies including incremental, full, and image backups. Expertise in troubleshooting backup failures and system performance issues. Familiarity with scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or others) for automation of backup tasks. Good communication and documentation skills.
