Join us as an Infrastructure Manager. We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to contribute to shaping our bank's future by driving innovation and technological advancement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the operational health of the platform, encompassing service, risk, cost, and people aspects. With a wide array of technologies at your disposal, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the bank as a leader in innovation by streamlining our services and delivering the best possible experience. This role is offered at the vice president level. As an Infrastructure Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining the operational stability and performance of technology, which includes managing system utilities and tools provided by the platform in accordance with service management, risks, and controls framework and processes. Your daily tasks will include: - Driving team activities to ensure platform integrity aligns with technical roadmaps - Fostering innovation to enhance the implementation approach continuously at a sustainable pace, ensuring stakeholder priorities are met and supporting customer outcomes - Planning and executing work within the platform, ensuring timely responses to feature development requests from cross-platform initiatives - Advocating, promoting, and planning the frequent delivery of business value and improved customer experience, providing clear leadership to teams to prioritize customer outcomes - Identifying opportunities to simplify platform architecture, services, and customer solutions while guarding against introducing new complexities The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in utilizing industry-standard toolsets and processes to enhance customer service within an IT environment. Key qualifications include: - Technical expertise in platform, technology, products, and domain - Proficiency in tooling such as ServiceNow, Jira, and CMDB - Ability to generate detailed infrastructure reports and leverage subject matter expertise to make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues, including management - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Our people work differently depending on their jobs and needs.
