Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems, ensuring that software products operate smoothly across various platforms. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing hardware and software support, and implementing technological solutions at the operating system level. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to ensure that all configured services are running efficiently and effectively within established operating models and processes. Your role will also include troubleshooting basic and intermediate level issues, contributing to the overall stability and performance of the systems you support. Roles & Responsibilities: - - Managing the SDDC operations and keeping the SDDC infrastructure in operational. - Can perform Windows patching using SCCM, Windows cluster Administration & VM ware Administration. - Performing advanced troubleshooting & root cause analysis to expedite incident resolution. - Administration of management & workload domains using SDDC Manager. - Developing scripts to gain efficiency for reporting & automating repetitive tasks. - ESXI host addition & administration using VMware cloud formation (VCF) tool. - Administration of management & workload domains using SDDC Manager. - Leads in critical incident troubleshooting bridges & provide detailed analysis. - Working on the upgradation of SDDC components based on VVD design. - Implement and manage vRealize Suite components: VRA, VRO and Log insight Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration. - Should have experience in managing larger Team and operations Governance - Strong understanding of server and network infrastructure. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with operating system-level implementations and configurations. - Knowledge of best practices in system maintenance and support. Additional Information: -The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15-year full-time education is required
