Job Description

As a Presales Manager in the IT Infra sector, your role is crucial in the sales enablement function, overseeing the bid lifecycle for RFXs and proactive pursuits in IT services such as Cloud, Data centers, Digital workplace solutions, and Managed network services. Your responsibility includes ensuring the quality, compliance, and strategic alignment of all bid responses to meet customer requirements and business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality, timely responses that provide value to both clients and the organization. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Bid Lifecycle Ownership: Manage and coordinate the bid process, ensuring all client requirements are met. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders throughout the bid process. - Internal Review & Governance: Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and client expectations. - Client Interaction: Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and align with their business objectives. - Bid Quality & Consistency: Ensure the quality and consistency of all client deliverables. - Proposal Development & Editing: Oversee the creation of detailed proposal content and refine drafts. - Creative Services Coordination: Lead coordination of creative services for client-facing materials. - Orals & Due Diligence: Participate in presentations, due diligence processes, and client visits. - Budget Management: Oversee budget and resource allocation for each bid. - Proposal Systems & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of new proposal templates and process enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Bid Management within IT services, with expertise in cloud technologies, data centers, and networking. - Shared services Exposure: Experience in shared/platform-based services is advantageous. - Leadership: Prior experience in leading sales enablement workflows. - Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. - Writing & Editing: Proficiency in crafting clear and persuasive proposal content. - Technology Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Under Pressure Performance: Capable of staying organized and focused under tight deadlines. - Client-Facing Experience: Experience in developing client-facing proposals and presentations.
