As an Assistant Manager IT and Systems at the company, your responsibilities will include: **Role Overview:** Your role involves overseeing various aspects of IT operations and systems management to support the company's goals and ensure efficient technology utilization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **IT Strategy and Planning:** - Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligning with the company's goals. - Assess the current technology infrastructure for areas of improvement. - Plan and manage IT budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently. - Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and suggest appropriate tech solutions. - **IT Operations Management:** - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. - Ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and other manufacturing-related applications. - Manage IT support services for timely issue resolution and high user satisfaction. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement necessary updates or improvements. - **Cybersecurity and Compliance:** - Develop and enforce IT security policies to safeguard company data and systems from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning. - **Project Management:** - Recommend IT projects to propel the organization towards Industry 5.0. - Manage IT projects from initiation to completion within defined timelines, scope, and budget. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions enhancing operational efficiency. **Qualifications:** - Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (ERP, CRM), network infrastructure, and cybersecurity. **Additional Company Details:** This role is based in Koregaon Park, Pune, and you will be reporting to the Director - Corporate.
