· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
· Set up and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, wireless access points).
· Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
· Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
· Document system configurations, processes, and technical issues.
· Implement upgrades and patches for hardware/software systems.
· Support the deployment of new infrastructure, following standard protocols.
· Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and servicing.
· Ensure backup and recovery processes are functioning properly.
· Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator.
· Strong knowledge of hardware setup, diagnostics, and repair.
· In-depth understanding of networking (LAN/WAN), IP addressing, and network protocols.
· Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless tools.
· Understanding of IT infrastructure standards and transport systems.
· Familiarity with system security practices and antivirus management.
· Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
