Job Description

Role: NEAT IT Support

CTC : Upto 12 Lpa

Location :Bangalore

Shift Timings : 24×7 (Primarily night shifts)


Responsbilities:

  • User & Group Management:

  • Manage users and groups in

    Microsoft 365 Entra ID

    and

    Google Workspace

  • Handle access control, provisioning, and de-provisioning of accounts

  • Networking & Security:

  • Troubleshoot and manage

    routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs

  • Perform

    packet analysis

    and resolve connectivity issues
  • Collaborate with security tools like

    CrowdStrike

    or similar

  • Scripting & Automation:

  • Write and maintain basic scripts using

    Python, Bash, or PowerShell

  • Automate routine tasks and support cybersecurity initiatives

  • Communication:

  • Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively

  • Time Management:

  • Handle high-priority incidents with minimal supervision
  • Balance workload between urgent and routine tasks
