Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Manage user access, permissions, and authentication protocols.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Work closely with IT teams to support enterprise applications and cloud services.
Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.

Requirements:

Minimum
2+ years of experience
in IT network administration.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions.
Certifications in Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in
software system management
will be considered a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Work location will be Qatar
