Key Responsibilities: Manage trading platforms, including BoD (Beginning of Day) and EoD (End of Day) operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Coordinate with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies for operational and compliance requirements. Support statutory, system, and cyber audits with relevant documentation and system inputs. Perform routine IT tasks: daily reporting, backup management, infra health monitoring, and end-user technical support. Plan and apply system patches, updates, and performance tuning. Coordinate with colocation data centre providers for infrastructure issues and maintenance.
