Information Technology Network Administrator

As an experienced IT Network Administrator at our company, your role will involve managing, supporting, and securing the IT infrastructure across multiple locations. You should have strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, LAN/WAN networks, IT security, and firewall management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly. - Manage and administer Microsoft O365 services including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Provide user support for O365 applications and administer MS Dynamics for business applications support. - Implement and monitor IT security policies, firewalls, and endpoint/device control solutions to ensure secure user access and compliance. - Regularly update security patches, monitor potential threats, and respond to incidents. - Manage and control company devices, laptops, and IT assets, coordinating with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance. - Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Conduct periodic user awareness sessions on IT security best practices. - Support IT initiatives, upgrades, and new implementations across sites. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (BE IT/CS preferred). - Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in IT network administration. - Strong skills in Microsoft O365 administration, LAN/WAN administration, IT security, firewalls, and device control. - Experience with MS Dynamics administration is advantageous. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. *Location:* Posted at Ahmedabad.
