Role Purpose:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across corporate office and multiple project sites.
• Administer, monitor, and secure company servers (on-premise/cloud) including setup, backup, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Draft, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure robust data protection, cybersecurity measures, and compliance with best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
• Provide IT support for corporate functions and project execution teams.
• Establish protocols for vendor management, licensing, and IT asset tracking.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to safeguard company information and systems.
• Support integration of IT systems with real estate business operations (ERP/CRM tools, project management platforms, etc.).
• Report directly to the Directors on IT strategy, risks, and progress.
• Any other support required by the Senior Management from time to time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's/ Master' s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Mandatory: Minimum 7 - 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 - 5 years in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management, server administration (Windows/Linux, cloud environments), networking, data security, and systems administration.
• Proven experience in drafting and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel across project sites as required.
