IT Lead

Experience: 9 to 14 Years (Candidates must have experience in Compliance)

Location - Bangalore, Hybrid

Joiners - Immediate or Early joiners

Company Preference - Product / SAAS

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management.
• Manage IT security controls, access management, and user-access reviews.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as

  ISO 27001, ITIL

  , and financial-sector regulations.
• Lead internal/external IT audits and drive closure of observations.
• Implement IT policies, SOPs, and risk-mitigation processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on IT planning, asset management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendors, AMC contracts, and SLA performance.
• Lead incident response, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity support.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of IT Ops / IT Governance / IT Security experience and network management.

• Strong exposure to

  compliance, security, audits, and policy governance

  .
• Experience in financial services (NBFC, fintech, banking preferred).
• Knowledge of identity management, patching, and network fundamentals.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
