IT SERVER SUPPORT FIELD ENGINEER- SERVER SUPPORT & SALES ENGINEER Job Description Designation: IT Support Field Engineer for IT Support Field Engineer Job Description : • Handling and troubleshooting server and storage hardware, and networking, including running diagnostic and finding defective hardware components if any. • Hands-on experience of minimum 1 year in installing/mounting/maintenance of servers and their associated components • Rich hands-on experience in configuration of switches/Router/Firewall/WLC and AP (Mainly Cisco) • Ready to travel anywhere in India for any duration* (Passport holder) • Comfortable to work for extended hours when the occasional situation demands. • Preparing documentation for email or call reports is a must. • Comfortable to work for flexible shifts at short notice Technical Experience : Expertise in each of the following areas respectively- • Must have minimum 1+ years of L1 level rich experience in independently handling either Cisco/server/storage devices and has working knowledge in the other two. - modify • Desktop OS-Windows XP, 7 & 8 including IE/Mozilla and MS office and other applications - L1 level • IT Hardware data center into sales Certifications (or equivalent rich experience/skill) :- CCNA, MCSA, SERVER+.
