The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems, while strategically planning for future infrastructure needs. This role demands an expert in network administration, systems management, and data security who can efficiently handle projects and support business objectives.Key Requirements :- Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS).- Experience of handling Cloud Infrastructure and applications.- Well versed with AWS Server, Windows Server, Linux Administration and Office 365- Data warehousing, architecture and networking.- Experience of handling Information Security Audits, identifying Gaps and mitigate them.- Must be involved in obtaining ISO certificates and implementation of various information security policies.- Hands on for completing IT Audits- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure IT systems' resilience in the face of disruptions.- Maturing a culture of IT awareness and digital literacy within the organization.- Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders.- Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations.- Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs.Educational Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information TechnologyCertifications :- Mandatory : CCNA, CISSP.- Preferred : CEH, CISM, OSCP, CCSP, MCSE/MCSA, or equivalentLocation : Bengaluru
