Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an IT Desktop Engineer. The IT Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring network security. The role also involves setting up and maintaining computer networks, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the security of network systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Networking
• Knowledge of Network Security practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
