Job Description

Available for Overnight and Weekends for Production Job monitoring Monitor job runs as per customer contracts, Notify immediately customer point of contact (DBA, etc.) and work with them for resolution Document in detail all analysis and correspondences throughout the issue resolution process, provide proactive status updates to customers and any preventive measures to suggest Understand the critical jobs list and follow the process in case of any outages/ job failure situations as regards escalating to the right people at the right time for quick recovery. Assist team members as required, and the knowledge share Mandatory skills MS SQL server 2008 and above SSRS Good communication skill (For verbal communication to customer via phone)"
