Infor LN Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with expertise in Infor LN ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain processes, business process analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, conducting workshops, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional ERP consultant specializing in Infor LN, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Understand and analyze existing supply chain business processes across manufacturing, shop floor, and logistics domains.
• Conduct business user workshops to gather detailed requirements, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote process understanding.
• Identify pain points, gaps, and areas for improvement within client supply chain processes.
• Recommend best practices and process enhancements aligned with industry standards.
• Document business process workflows, workshop outcomes, and gap analyses.
• Play back sessions to validate understanding and proposed solutions with stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and system configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Assist in change management and user training activities related to process and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience
