Info Technology Analyst

As an Info Technology Analyst at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will be required to have excellent knowledge in AS/400 system with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Your role will involve utilizing programming language skills such as RPG, RPGLE, CLP, CLLE, SQL, SQLRPGLE for a minimum of 3 to 5 years. Additionally, you will be responsible for job handling and monitoring, having knowledge of Journaling, Triggers, SFTP, and FTP. The role will require you to be willing to work on oncall support in a 24*7 shift model, covering morning, evening, and night shifts. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication skills. It would be beneficial to have production support knowledge, including familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
