Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Influencer Marketing Specialist

to lead and execute influencer campaigns across various platforms. This role is critical in identifying the right influencer partners, managing campaign execution, and ensuring measurable success in alignment with brand goals. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and confident in both communication and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Research & Database Management

Build and maintain a comprehensive and categorized influencer database.
Segment influencers by niche, audience reach, engagement metrics, and platform.
Continuously monitor trends to identify new and emerging influencers.

2. Influencer Outreach & Onboarding

Initiate and manage communication with influencers for collaborations.
Coordinate onboarding, ensuring alignment on brand objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with influencers and relevant vendors.

3. Campaign Coordination

Plan, launch, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that meets brand standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout campaign execution.

4. Campaign Reporting & Optimization

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Prepare post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Recommend strategies for continuous improvement and increased ROI.

5. Relationship & Community Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and repeat collaborations.
Maintain positive partnerships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in influencer tools and analytics platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, etc.).
Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Background in content marketing or PR is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendation.
