Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for discovering talent, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting end-to-end influencer campaigns across social media platforms.

Please note: This position is currently open to female candidates based in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across niches and platforms

• Manage influencer relationships, contracts, and communications

• Collaborate with the creative team to align influencer content with campaign goals

• Coordinate and monitor campaign execution and deliverables

• Track performance metrics and generate reports on ROI and engagement

• Stay updated with influencer trends, tools, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple collaborations at once

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, or campaign tools like Notion/Airtable is a plus

• Must be currently residing in Kerala - Female Candidates Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
