As a Marketing professional in our team based in Delhi - NSP, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives. Your responsibilities will span across strategy development, influencer identification, campaign management, content collaboration, performance analysis, budget management, trend monitoring, and compliance. You will be tasked with designing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience preferences. This includes identifying, recruiting, and building strong relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, contract negotiations, and performance tracking. Collaborating closely with influencers, you will work towards developing authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience while enhancing brand visibility. Your role will also involve monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing influencer marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. It is essential for you to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continually improve strategies. Compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, including disclosure requirements, is paramount in all influencer partnerships that you manage. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field. Your skills should include a strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Preferred qualifications include experience with influencer marketing software and tools, working with micro and nano influencers, as well as proficiency in content creation and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
