Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Intern, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with influencers, assisting in the creation and execution of influencer campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to optimize effectiveness. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and successful delivery of projects. Creativity, organization, and proactive communication will be key to excelling in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with content creation and influencer management tools is a plus
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome)
• Passion for influencer marketing, creativity, and collaboration
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is an advantage
